Stir food ingredients in large pots and vats with the small mixer. Suitable for stirring in wok and
big pots. Heat resistant to 175C.
We recommend that the mixer does not rest in the wok/pot as melting can occur, brief interactions
should be maintained. The mixer can withstand temperatures of up to 170C. However if left to stand
in container, damage can occur.
The mixer is made from Nylon which prevents the handle from heating up and causing harm to the user.
